Dear colleague:
We are pleased to announce a Meeting on Trends in Mathematics for Engineering
Education to be held at the University of Campinas (UNICAMP) from 3 to 5 June
2009, the week after the BRAFITEC Forum in Parati.
The meeting will take place at the Auditorium of the Mathematics and Computer
Sciences Institute of UNICAMP in Campinas, Brazil, and registrations can be
made electronically on the meeting site www.cori.unicamp.br/mathmeet . The
preliminary technical program is already posted. The meeting will have five
sessions on different topics and each typical session will begin with one or
two invited talks followed by a round table with interaction with the audience.
